Turning agricultural waste into carbon-negative housing
Decentralized "Factory in a Box" technology for rapid, affordable construction
The Construction Paradox
Broken logistics.
Climate threat.
There is a shortage of 300 million affordable homes worldwide and in recovery zones. Traditional construction is time-consuming and expensive.
Transporting "air" (foam or cotton wool) kills margins and increases the carbon footprint.
Building materials generate 11% of global CO2 emissions.
Global housing crisis.
Structural Bio-Panel
Engineered by Nature. Reinforced by Cytolemma
We transform raw sorghum stalks into high-performance construction materials. Our technology preserves the natural honeycomb structure to provide exceptional thermal insulation and load-bearing capacity.
Nature is our best Engineer
Binderless Core Technology & Lignin Activation

Mechanical Friction & Lignin

We replace toxic resins with physics. By activating natural lignin and utilizing mechanical friction, we bond sorghum stalks without synthetic glues inside the core.

Vertical Fiber Orientation

Just like in nature, fibers are oriented vertically to maximize load-bearing capacity effectively creating thousands of micro-columns.

Hybrid Bio-Shell

The core is encased in a protective shell of Jute and Cardboard using bio-safe adhesives, ensuring durability and ease of finishing.

Factory moves to the field. Zero long-distance logistics
  • Andrii Derekolenko
    Founder & CEO

With over 25 years of experience in wood engineering and construction, Andrii has always been driven by one question:

“How can we build stronger, faster, and cleaner?”

Frustrated by the industry’s reliance on carbon-intensive materials and the complex logistics of transporting “air” (insulation), he turned to nature for elegant solutions.

Andrii founded Cytolemma to bridge the gap between agricultural biology and industrial construction. He combines deep technical knowledge in wood structures with a vision of decentralized manufacturing, proving that the houses of the future will be grown on farms, not quarried.
